Join Mithun associate principal Chi Aoyama for “Supply Chain Optimization: Creating a Seamless Flow to Construction,” a panel discussion about how to create streamlined collaboration at project inception, understand and mitigate façade delivery risks, integrate design and process to deliver the project on schedule, and take advantage of new technologies such as off-site modular construction and robotics.
