Join Mithun principal Seamus Kelly for “Risk Management is a Team Sport,” a panel presentation focused on practical, real-world approaches to managing risk as one integrated team. Drawing on owner, designer, builder and trade partner perspectives, the panel will discuss how risk is collectively mitigated, not transferred, when teams collaborate early and use common tools. Attendees will gain practical insights into aligning priorities, improving predictability and reducing late-stage surprises.
