Séamus is an architect and project manager with a passion for designing educational environments that support 21st century learning, occupant well-being and sustainable performance lasting the lifespan of a building. His experience spans more than 18 years across multiple project typologies and collaborative project delivery methods. Notable projects include University of Washington Bothell | Cascadia College Innovation Hall and Washington School for the Deaf (both using progressive design-build), Seattle University Sinegal Center for Science and Innovation, and Blakely Elementary School.
