Mithun is hosting our fourth annual SF Climate Week event in our San Francisco office. The evening will begin with brief happy hour, followed by a thought-provoking Pecha Kucha-style presentation and panel discussion.
Mithun principal Sade Borgei will join leading voices in climate, transportation, housing and policy for the discussion “20 for 20: Housing x Climate,” to focus on the intersecting challenges of the global housing crisis and climate change. Using Kapuso at the Upper Yard as a case study, Sade will demonstrate how affordable housing can serve as a model for decarbonization. Attendees will gain insights into innovative and convergent solutions that create positive change in our communities.
Sade’s co-presenters are Ben Stapleton of USGBC California, Christina Philip of VTA, Matt Goyne of Fehr & Peers, Melissa Breach of Prosperity California, and Emily Mills Marineau of Juno. Mithun senior associate Alexander Ayala will moderate the event.
