We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Princeton University’s Lake Campus Development! As part of this significant campus expansion, Mithun has led architectural design of a new P3 graduate student housing community that’s on track to become one of the largest Passive House certified projects in the country. Exciting things are in progress! Our project team recently visited the factory to check out construction of the first box of this modular housing prototype. We're thrilled to be working with @forterranw on linked mass timber efforts, including ModPro and the Darrington Wood Innovation Center, that are positioned to bring new affordable housing and jobs to Washington state.
