We’re currently working with Mission Housing and Related California on an affordable housing development next to the Balboa Park BART station in San Francisco’s Mission District. Balboa Park Upper Yard incorporates up to 120 units of low- and very-low-income housing and ground-floor community-serving space, as well as open space on a connected property owned by BART. The recently complete Heartline mixed-use development in Portland incorporates diverse artwork, indoors and out.
