626 Mission Bay Boulevard earned the Best Affordable Housing Deal of the Year from SF Business Times! Located on a prominent site along the Fourth Street retail corridor, the project is designed to enhance community through diverse common spaces and amenities that connect low-income families with neighborhood programs, employment opportunities and a sense of community. It has also helped enliven Mission Bay with programs like nonprofit 826 Valencia’s new writing lab and “enchanted forest retail store.” 📷: @brucedamonte
