Our new corporate office for the Perot family businesses is a finalist in the @interiordesignmag 2017 Best of Year Awards program! The campus is organized around a central “intersection” space that emphasizes collaboration, stair culture and shared corporate values. It’s a great day to get outside and explore! Here’s an inspirational flashback to the scenic views of Tenaya Lake in Yosemite National Park, where we completed master planning and phased implementation to resolve conflicts of visitor use and safety, while protecting vulnerable shoreline, wetland and meadow habitats. Only seven months after competition award, concrete is being poured at @UCIrvine’s Middle Earth Expansion student housing! Forty-four trucks delivered concrete for the north tower’s five-foot-deep mat slab pour. When complete, the living/learning community will consist of two residential towers rising above a podium base that echoes the natural form of the surrounding region’s limestone canyons. 📷: Kaylyn Martinez
