The first phase of development at Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus has achieved LEED Platinum certification from the USGBC.

Sparking Collaboration, Uniting a Campus. The ground floor of this Google workplace features large meeting rooms and a coffee shop to draw engineers from across the campus, increasing idea exchange and strengthening relationships. Inspired by the art of coffee making, the design palette references coffee’s warmth and richness. Walls clad in recycled burlap bags further the reference and introduce a tactile texture within the space.
