The Home Team Supports Resilience of North Richmond
As part of the Resilient by Design Bay Area Challenge, the Mithun Home Team is working with the North Richmond community to address local impacts of climate change and support regional resilience.

At the @communityschool, the new Hagenbuch Hall for the Creative Arts and Middle School incorporates a range of lab, maker and project-based learning spaces that support diverse learning modes and group sizes. University of California, Irvine Mesa Court Towers has achieved LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)​. The design incorporates natural ventilation, daylight harvesting, active renewable energy systems and sustainable site strategies to exceed California Title 24 energy requirements by 34%. Transforming Streets into Parks! Construction of Gemenskap Park began in Seattle’s East Ballard neighborhood this week. The project with Seattle Parks and Recreation converts two full blocks of an existing street into public open space providing improved safety, green stormwater treatment, a multi-use path for biking and neighborhood greenway connections.
