A New Chapter in Campus Life

This significant project provides critical first-year and upper division student life facilities, spaces for academic residential communities and a new recruitment center that celebrates the university’s history and legacy. Centrally located at the nexus of the existing campus fabric and iconic new athletic facilities, the project thoughtfully balances innovation and tradition in its materiality and programming.

Catalyzing Academic Success

Academic classroom and support spaces build upon student life amenity programs in this highly visible project, fostering critical relationships to support student success. A new market hall dining experience offers a diverse menu of choices and creates a vibrant draw for student residents, the greater campus and beyond.

Celebrating Regional and Campus Ecology

Building and landscape design are inspired by the natural process of forest succession and its importance in the campus culture and Northwest region. The project artfully connects significant open spaces with the campus promenade and offers a new verdant foreground to the Matt Knight Arena.
