MITHŪN

Gallery is a 214-unit, 13-story condo tower in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Using an urban design approach, this project enhances the public realm by providing more open space and increased public amenities integrated into the streetscape design. This design strategy produced a smaller building footprint while transferring developable space to higher floors, thereby increasing square footage on the levels that produce higher investment returns. Gallery was designed with low-emitting interior finishes and operable windows in order to enhance its indoor environmental quality.
