Urban Overlook and Gateway

Overlooking Lake Union in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, Domaine is comprised of a six-story midrise apartment structure that engages the urban streetscape along Aurora Avenue and five smaller buildings of condominium flats and townhomes that step down the sloped site. A new residential street extends between these two building scales, providing access to mid-block residences and the growing hillside neighborhood beyond.

Between the buildings, thoughtful pedestrian connections unite levels and landscaped courtyards encourage informal conversation and community gatherings.
