The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias reopened to the public in June after the biggest restoration project in Yosemite National Park’s history. The largest of three sequoia groves within the park, Mariposa Grove contains hundreds of mature trees that are up to 300 feet tall and 3,000 years old. We are celebrating a decade of Design for Positive Change in the Bay Area.

The Mithun Annual, an exhibit showcasing the artistic talents of our own staff, is on display through the end of July at Threshold Gallery. Now in its eighth year, the show features varied works including watercolor, digital and relief prints, mixed-media collage, a video installation and felted wool panels. A collaborative piece, Mithun2, celebrates diverse design perspectives with a grid of photographs contributed by more than 30 team members.
